Audi vs Lexus Warranty
When you purchase a new Audi, it'll come with a variety of warranties for your peace of mind.
For instance, there is the New Vehicle Limited Warranty, which is good for four years or 50,000 miles (whichever occurs first). If you're an Audi owner, you'll also receive:
- First scheduled maintenance at 10,000 miles or 12 months (whichever happens first)
- 12-year limited warranty against corrosion perforation
- 24-hour roadside assistance for four years
Lexus vehicles come with impressive warranties, as well, including a 4-Year/50,000-Mile Basic Warranty. Also like Audi, these models come with a Corrosion Perforation Warranty. However, they're only good for six years, which is half the time you'd get from a new Audi model.
Lexus vs Audi Safety
Audi and Lexus have also designed incredibly safe automobiles packed with features to help protect you and your loved ones. In fact, these brands have been recognized from the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS) for their reliable automobiles.
Five Audi models received either a TOP SAFETY PICK or TOP SAFETY PICK+ rating from the IIHS:

- A4
- A6
- Q8
- e-tron
Take the A6, for example. Part of the reason why it earned a TOP SAFETY PICK+ rating is for the available HD Matrix-design LED headlights with high-beam assist.1 Not only do the lights help you see better at night, but they can automatically switch to low beams the moment another vehicle is approaching.
Unfortunately, Lexus only had three models earn any kind of rating from the IIHS.
Dependable Performances

Meanwhile, the Lexus LS provides a decent amount of power and efficiency. Unfortunately, though, it doesn't come standard in all-wheel drive. Due to this, you'll need to upgrade to get that extra level of protection.
